How to Use Barcodes for Faster Product Management

Why Barcodes?

Setting Up Barcodes
- Open a Product profile.
- Locate the Barcode / EAN field.
- Scan the product's existing barcode or type in the number manually.
- Click Save.
Scanning at Checkout (POS)
With a connected barcode scanner, simply scan an item while in the POS interface. Pryseflow will instantly add the product to the cart with the correct price and tax settings.
Warehouse Audits
During a stocktake, use the mobile app or a handheld scanner to verify quantities. Scanning an item confirms its location and updates the system in real-time, drastically reducing the time required for full inventory audits.
