Managing Your Pryseflow Subscription and Plans: Scaling Your Investment

Your business needs change as you grow. Learn how to manage your Pryseflow subscription, understand our different plans, and ensure your account is always optimized for your current operational scale.

Managing Your Pryseflow Subscription and Plans: Scaling Your Investment

A subscription is more than a cost; it’s an investment in your business’s infrastructure.

At Pryseflow, we believe that software should scale with you. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur just starting out or a multi-location retail chain, our plans are designed to provide the right tools at the right price point. Managing your subscription shouldn’t be a headache. This guide will walk you through our plan structures, how to upgrade or downgrade as your needs change, and how to manage your billing details with ease.

The Pryseflow Plan Philosophy

We’ve structured our plans around three core pillars: Features, Scale, and Support.

  • Features: Do you need basic invoicing, or advanced multi-warehouse automation?
  • Scale: How many products, customers, and POS terminals do you need to manage?
  • Support: Do you need standard email support, or a dedicated account manager?

Step 1: Understanding the Plans

While our specific pricing can be found on our main website, here is a breakdown of the typical plan tiers:

1. The Starter Plan

Ideal for freelancers and small service businesses. It includes full invoicing, basic CRM, and a limited product catalog. It’s the perfect way to professionalize your billing without a large overhead.

2. The Growth Plan

Designed for growing retailers and marketplace sellers. This plan unlocks the Point of Sale (POS), Inventory Tracking, and Custom Domain Support. It’s built for businesses that are moving from "selling" to "scaling."

3. The Professional Plan

Our most popular plan for established businesses. It includes Multi-Warehouse Management, Advanced Reporting, and Priority Support. This plan is for teams that need deep operational control.

4. The Enterprise Plan

Custom-built for large organizations with unique requirements. This includes API Access, Custom Integrations, and SLA-backed Support.

Step 2: Accessing Subscription Settings

To view or change your current plan, log in to the Pryseflow Dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Account > Subscription. Here you will see:

  • Your current plan name.
  • Your next billing date.
  • The number of active users and terminals vs. your plan’s limits.
  • Your current payment method.

Step 3: Upgrading or Downgrading

Business isn’t always linear. Sometimes you need to scale up for a busy season, and sometimes you need to lean down.

How to Upgrade

If you need a feature or a higher limit, simply click Change Plan. Select your new tier. The change is usually Instant. We will calculate the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle, so you only pay for what you use.

How to Downgrade

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The change will take effect at the End of Your Current Billing Cycle. Note that if you downgrade to a plan with lower limits (e.g., fewer products), you may need to archive some data before the change can be finalized.

Pryseflow offers significant discounts (usually 20%) for annual subscriptions. Plus, annual subscribers often get exclusive perks like a free custom domain for the first year.

Step 4: Managing Payment Methods

Keep your account active and avoid service interruptions by ensuring your payment details are up to date.

Adding a New Card

In the Subscription settings, click Update Payment Method. We use secure, PCI-compliant processors like Stripe or Paystack. We never store your full credit card details on our own servers.

Handling Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., an expired card), Pryseflow will automatically retry the charge three times over a 7-day period. You will receive an email notification after each attempt. If the payment is not resolved after 7 days, your account will enter a "Grace Period" where you can still access your data but cannot perform new sales or transactions.

Step 5: Archiving and Cancellation

We hate to see you go, but we make the process transparent.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings menu. Your account will remain active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, your account will be moved to a "Read-Only" state for 90 days, allowing you to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Common Questions (FAQ)
