Understanding Your Billing History and Transactions
How to access your past invoices, download receipts for tax purposes, and understand platform fee breakdowns.
Transparency in Billing
We believe in clear, honest billing. You can access a complete history of every transaction between your business and Pryseflow at any time.
Accessing Invoices
- Go to Settings > Billing History.
- You'll see a list of all past subscription payments and platform fees.
- Click the Download icon next to any entry to get a PDF receipt for your accounting records.
Platform Fees vs. Subscriptions
It's important to distinguish between your fixed Subscription Fee (the cost to use the software) and Platform Fees (which may apply to marketplace sales or specific processing services). Your billing history provides a clear breakdown of both.
Payout Visibility
For marketplace sellers, the Payouts section shows the net amount transferred to your bank account after all fees and commissions have been deducted. This ensures your bank statements always match your Pryseflow records.
